1 For customers purchasing 10 or more lessons in a single transaction, if the customer is not satisfied with the instructor after the first swimming lesson (which can be considered as a trial lesson), they may request to change the instructor or receive a refund for the remaining lessons. A maximum of 2 instructor changes are allowed per set of 10 lessons, and the fee will be adjusted based on the difference in the new instructor's level, with the balance refunded or charged accordingly. After the second lesson begins, no refunds will be provided.

对于单次购买 10 节或以上课程的客户，如果客户在第一次游泳课（可视作为试课）后对教练不满意，可以考虑更换教练或退还剩余费用。一期（10次课）中最多可以更换2次教练，费用将根据新教练的水平差异进行调整，多退少补。第二节课开始后，将不予退款。

2. Learning to swim is not only about acquiring a skill, but also about embracing the spirit of never giving up in sports. At the same time, to respect the instructor's schedule, students are not allowed to take leave without a valid reason. If you need to take time off due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact the instructor directly. We recommend notifying the instructor at least 4 hours before the lesson to allow them to adjust the schedule or arrange a substitute. If you fail to inform the instructor in advance and they arrive at the pool, the fee for that lesson will be deducted.

学游泳不仅是为了掌握一门技能，更是为了学习永不放弃的体育精神。同时，为了尊重教练的课程安排，学生不得无故请假。如因生病或其他不可预见的情况需要请假，请直接联系教练。我们建议至少在课开始前 4 小时通知教练，以便他们调整课程或安排替补。如果您没有提前通知教练并且他们到达游泳池，该课程的费用将被扣除。
